What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you choose and your message, when you send the form on our contact page.
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us directly.
- Website usage: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads record which pages you visit, roughly where you are, the device you use, and whether you reached us from one of our ads.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out the work you ask for.
- To understand which pages and ads bring us enquiries, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, they are not set. Google may still receive basic, cookie-free signals that do not identify you. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and data in your browser, and the banner will appear again.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, normally no more than five years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@msteck.com and we will reply within 30 days.
