An AC AMC (annual maintenance contract) is a yearly agreement in which a contractor services your air conditioning on a fixed schedule and handles breakdowns. An MEP AMC extends the same cover to plumbing, drainage, pumps and hot water systems. Regular maintenance keeps cooling reliable, lowers power bills and extends equipment life.
